River Woods Housing Co-operative is a family-oriented community of 90 units consisting of 18 one-bedroom 20 two-bedroom, 44 three-bedroom and 8 four-bedroom townhomes located in the Parkgate neighbourhood of Deep Cove in North Vancouver.
Co-operative housing offers many unique benefits. As members of River Woods, we work together to maintain our homes and shared grounds while actively participating in decisions that shape our community. Through shared responsibility, collaboration, and a strong sense of community, we strive to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive place to call home.

River Woods is just a five-minute drive from Deep Cove and approximately 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver, making it an ideal location for families seeking a balance between community, convenience, and access to nature.
